Domingo-Sábado - Lunes - Martes - Miércoles Sábado - Domingo (junio 22-23) House of Friendship grand opening and entertainment schedule A special ceremony for the Kocaeli State University Medical Faculty Rotary Hospital in Turkey will mark the grand opening of the House of Friendship, Building 7, on Saturday at 1200. The hospital collapsed in the 1999 earthquake that devastated the country, and Turkish Rotarians in District 2240 have rebuilt the surgical hospital. A Rotary Foundation 3-H Grant co-sponsored by District 6780 in Tennessee, USA, was used to equip the new intensive-care unit, and Spanish Rotarians contributed significantly to the purchase of an intensive-care mobile unit for the hospital. Visitors to the House of Friendship will have the opportunity to sample tapas, taste a variety of wines, and check their e-mail at the Cyber Café. Various entertainment features are planned outside the House of Friendship and on its stage throughout the convention. Check each issue of the Daily Bulletin for daily schedules.
